Reliance Center provides free medical services for women and men facing an unplanned or unsupported pregnancy or in need of sexual health services. Our free medical clinic services include lab-quality pregnancy tests, options consultations, ultrasounds, full-panel STD testing and treatment, pre-abortion evaluations, abortion pill reversal, abortion recovery, and medical referrals.
